1. General

  • See_Zee Tours is a Mumbai-based tour operator providing guided tours, cultural walks, and private car tours across Mumbai.
  • By booking a tour through our website, you (“Customer”) agree to these Terms & Conditions.
  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

2. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable charges as mentioned in each tour description.
  • Payment must be made in full at the time of booking via our secure payment gateway.
  • We do not store your card or bank details. Payments are processed securely by the payment provider.

3. Booking Confirmation

  • Upon successful payment, you will receive an automated confirmation email with your booking details.
  • If you do not receive confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us at info@seezeetours.com.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made 7 days before the tour: Full refund (less bank/payment charges).
  • Cancellations made 3–6 days before the tour: 50% refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour or no-show: No refund.
  • Refunds will be credited within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

5. Tour Changes & Delays

  • Tours may be modified due to weather, traffic, safety, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • See_Zee Tours reserves the right to change itineraries, timing, or content while ensuring the core experience remains valuable.

6. Liability & Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for their personal belongings during the tour.
  • See_Zee Tours is not liable for delays, natural events, or third-party service disruptions (transport, strikes, etc.).
  • All guests are expected to behave respectfully during tours. Misconduct may lead to removal without refund.

7. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
  • Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Mumbai courts.
