Cancellation & Change Policy
- Tour Cancellations:
Our tours operate rain or shine. However, in the event of unavoidable circumstances (such as natural disasters or acts of God), See_Zee Tours reserves the right to cancel any tour. In such cases, you will receive a 100% refund. - Customer Cancellations:
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled start time are eligible for a full refund.
Unfortunately, no refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled tour time — regardless of the reason. - Tour Changes:
Changes to tour dates or times can be made subject to availability if requested more than 48 hours in advance.
If we are unable to accommodate your requested change (made 48+ hours before the tour), you will receive a full refund.
However, no changes or refunds can be made for amendments requested within 48 hours of the scheduled tour.
Payment Policy
We accept payments in Indian Rupees (INR) or via a valid credit/debit card. Cards accepted include Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
If you use an international card via our online system (powered by PayPal), additional fees may apply due to currency conversion and PayPal transaction charges.
We do not store any credit card or billing information on our servers.
Privacy Policy
We value your privacy. Any personal information you share with us will be kept strictly confidential and will never be shared with third-party organizations.
Bicycle Tour Policy
Safety & Conduct
All participants are expected to behave respectfully and follow the safety instructions provided by the tour guide.
Participants must:
- Obey local traffic rules.
- Follow the guide’s verbal instructions, hand signals, and safety guidance throughout the tour.
- Always remain alert while crossing roads or riding in traffic.
Participants are fully responsible for their own safety and that of others in their group. See_Zee Tours will not be held liable for any fines or accidents resulting from failure to follow rules.
Child Policy
- Children under the age of 13 are not allowed on our Bicycle Tours.
- Bookings for anyone under 18 must be made by an adult guardian.
Bike Damage Policy
If a bicycle, helmet, or other equipment is damaged, broken, or rendered unusable by a participant, See_Zee Tours reserves the right to charge for the repair or full replacement.
We ensure all bicycles are thoroughly checked before every tour. In the rare case of mechanical failure, we carry repair tools and/or provide a replacement bike promptly.
Miscellaneous
- See_Zee Tours shall not be held liable for any injury (physical, emotional, or mental) sustained during the tour. Participation is at your own risk.
- We are not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings during the tour.
- All disputes are subject to Mumbai jurisdiction only.
